• Clinics will be separated by age  groups and will run for 50 minutes in length.  
• Classes will be at 9:00/10:00/11:00/12:00 each Tuesday. 

• Junior golfers have the option to play after their lesson is complete, but   they must book a tee time in advance. Juniors are allowed to book a tee time any time after 11 AM.  
• Juniors will require their own clubs for the clinics. Balls and tees are not necessary. 

• The tee sheet will be blocked for juniors from 11 am – 1:00 pm. 
• Juniors must sign up to play in the Field day no later than Saturday.
• Juniors can sign up for the field day on the website or emailing the junior coordinator (westjuniorcoordinator@gmail.com).  

• The juniors will be put into groups based on age and skill level and each foursome will also have a Senior Junior member in the group to assist with pace of play and course etiquette. 
• Juniors have the option of playing  6 Holes (takes approx. 1.5 hours), 9 holes (2 hours), 13 holes (3 hours) or 18 Holes (4 hours). 
• The Junior Coordinator will also be driving around helping the groups as they play. 

This format follows the same timelines as Monday clinics in terms of length and time slots. If a junior is in the 9:00 class on Monday, then  we expect
them to be in the 9:00 am class on Wednesday as well. 

The golfers will not have the option to play after clinics on
Wednesday due to Ladies day/ Mens night.

Parents and guardians should drop off and pick up their child at the club house. 

If you wish to stay, we ask you park in the bottom 

parking lot as there is limited space up top.

Parents are welcome to stay and relax in our clubhouse while you wait  for your child to complete their classes or round. Please note the restaurant does not open until 11 am each day.  

• Interfering with the instruction of others 
• Threats, harassment, intimidation, abuse, fighting, or other such behavior 

•  Westfield Golf Club has a ‘zero tolerance’ policy for harassment or bullying.  Unsafe behavior will not be tolerated 

Golfers must have their own golf clubs. Sharing is not permitted. We have  many used golf balls donated for our program, which we will be happy to supply to any junior golfer in need. • Appropriate attire (no sandals/flip flops or baseball/soccer cleats) 

1. All players must always wear suitable attire on the course and  in and around the club house. 

All players must comply with the Club dress code: 

• No short shorts 

• No bathing suits 

• No halter tops 

• No tank tops 

• Proper footwear must be worn (No metal spiked shoes)
